We build machine learning models, automate repetitive tasks, and extract useful patterns from your data. Based in Manchester, we serve companies across the UK with practical AI solutions that produce measurable results within weeks.

Genuine AI Network was founded in 2021 by a group of machine learning engineers who spent years watching businesses overpay for AI projects that never shipped. We decided to do things differently.
Our team of nine includes specialists in natural language processing, computer vision, time-series forecasting, and MLOps infrastructure. Every project starts with a two-week discovery phase where we map your existing data, identify the highest-impact use case, and estimate the return on investment before a single line of model code is written.
We have delivered over 40 production AI systems for clients in logistics, healthcare administration, e-commerce, and financial services. The median time from kickoff to a working prototype is six weeks. From prototype to production deployment, another four.
Our office sits in Manchester city centre, and most of our clients are within a two-hour train ride. We prefer to meet in person for kickoff workshops and quarterly reviews, though we run day-to-day work remotely with weekly video check-ins.
Six core service areas, each backed by engineers who have shipped real systems in that domain.
We train classification, regression, and clustering models on your historical data. Common applications include churn prediction, lead scoring, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection in sensor streams. Models are delivered as containerised APIs you can call from any system.
Sentiment analysis on customer reviews, automated ticket routing for support teams, document summarisation for legal departments, and chatbot development. We fine-tune large language models on your domain-specific vocabulary so accuracy stays high from day one.
Quality inspection on manufacturing lines, shelf-monitoring for retail, vehicle counting for traffic management, and medical image screening assistance. We handle everything from camera selection and edge deployment to cloud-based batch processing of image archives.
Turn raw transactional data into forward-looking forecasts. We build dashboards that show revenue projections, inventory needs, staffing requirements, and risk scores updated daily. Our models incorporate external signals like weather, holidays, and economic indicators when relevant.
We connect AI models to your existing workflows. Invoice data extraction that feeds directly into your accounting software. Email triage that routes messages to the right department. Document generation triggered by CRM events. Each automation typically saves 15 to 30 staff hours per week.
Not sure where AI fits? We run a paid two-day workshop with your leadership team. By the end you have a prioritised roadmap of three to five AI use cases, estimated costs, expected ROI, and a clear data readiness assessment. No obligation to build with us afterward.
Four phases, clear milestones, no surprises on the invoice.
We audit your data sources, interview stakeholders, and define success metrics. This takes two weeks and costs a flat fee of £2,500.
Our engineers build a working proof-of-concept on a representative slice of your data. You see real predictions within four to six weeks.
We harden the model, set up monitoring, integrate with your systems, and run parallel testing against existing processes for two weeks before go-live.
Monthly model retraining, drift detection, and performance reports. We fix degradation before it affects your operations. Support contracts start at £800 per month.
"They built a demand forecasting model for our warehouse in Trafford Park. Stock-outs dropped 34% in the first quarter. The weekly reports are genuinely useful, not just charts for the sake of charts."Sarah Thompson, Operations Director
"Our support team was drowning in tickets. The NLP routing system they deployed cut average response time from 14 hours to under 3. Setup took five weeks."Raj Patel, Head of Customer Success
"The discovery workshop alone was worth the fee. We walked out with a clear picture of which data we actually had, which we needed, and where the quick wins were."David Clarke, CEO, Northfield Logistics
It depends on the task. A simple classification model can work well with a few thousand labelled examples. Time-series forecasting usually needs at least two years of daily data to capture seasonal patterns. During discovery we assess exactly what you have and tell you honestly whether it is enough.
Yes. About half our clients are elsewhere in the UK. We travel for kickoff workshops and key reviews. Day-to-day collaboration happens over video calls and shared dashboards. We have also completed projects for two companies in Dublin and one in Amsterdam.
We define a minimum accuracy threshold during discovery. If the prototype does not meet it, we investigate why and propose adjustments: more data, different features, or a different modelling approach. If after two iteration cycles the threshold still is not met, we refund the prototype phase fee.
All data stays within UK-based infrastructure unless you explicitly approve otherwise. We sign a data processing agreement before any transfer. Personal data is pseudonymised during model training. We are registered with the ICO and comply with UK GDPR requirements.
We have built integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Xero, Shopify, and dozens of custom internal systems. Our models expose a REST API, so any software that can make an HTTP request can consume predictions. We also support webhook-based triggers and scheduled batch jobs.
Tell us about your project and we will reply within one business day.
